Located in our home with a private entrance you'll have the entire space with all the amenities you'll need to make for an enjoyable & relaxing break. Within walking distance to the local beach & restaurants. Spend a day in Newport & your night relaxing by the firepit, play a game or watch TV. We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

Relax with ocean breezes. A 13 minute walk to pristine second beach and a short drive to everything Newport has to offer. Recently refreshed, and nestled within the famous Paradise farm setting, this home will keep you perfectly comfortable amid your Island exploration downtime. A full kitchen with Gas range and beautifully kept grounds will allow for alfresco summer dining. The home is Immaculately kept and spaciously sleeps max 6 adults and 2 children under 13yrs for a maximum of 8 guests.

Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Barn Sanctuary

Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. We have two cats and a young Borgi pup. Your host is a photographer and offers portraits too. What a bonus.

A healthy walk to beaches, bars/ eateries, a short drive to Newport and a central location for everything the island has to offer!

Sunny, inviting, 3rd floor walkup on East side of Providence. One block from Oak Bake Shop, Providence Bagel, Whole Foods; much more within one mile. Comfy queen bed + sofa bed, private bath, Apple TV. Great for long-term guests and weekend visitors. Backyard, grill, laundry available but shared with house. Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.

Totally Unique House for rent

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)
