Our guest house is a new construction with mountain/modern decor and reclaimed wood features, detached from the main home and located above the garage. It is a great place to serve as a base for outdoor adventure and centrally located. Located in a new development less than 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min. from downtown Blowing Rock, and 10 minutes from downtown Boone. There is a 0.7 mile loop to take in the fresh air surrounded by pine trees and beautiful views of Grandfather Mtn.

We are ten minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and two miles from downtown Boone with easy access to 321. Note: this is a tiny house. It is 8' x 26'. It is very comfortable for up to two people (maybe three if the third is a very small child).
