Welcome to your cozy retreat nestled on the second floor of a historic waterfront building, overlooking the picturesque Apalachicola River. Please note that access is by stairs only. This spacious, fenced-in apartment is pet-friendly and features a private balcony where you can unwind and take in the scenic views. Spacious ground level apartment located less than a half mile from the sugary white sands of Honor Walk Park at Beacon Hill. This part of the beach is perfect with its public boardwalk access to a wide-open area that has a private feel. A short stroll to the access, or drive and park right next to it. The Park includes pickleball courts, a playground, covered picnic tables, and an amazing Veteran’s monument. Minutes from a variety of restaurants and shops in Mexico Beach and PSJ.
