Welcome to your cozy retreat nestled on the second floor of a historic waterfront building, overlooking the picturesque Apalachicola River. Please note that access is by stairs only. This spacious, fenced-in apartment is pet-friendly and features a private balcony where you can unwind and take in the scenic views. The bedroom comfortably accommodates up to three guests with a queen bed and a twin bed. The living room offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen sleeper sofa.

Captain’s Harbor

Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.

This Charming 3-bedroom 2 bath cottage is located on the grounds of Blue Moon Inn & in the Heart of Historic Downtown Apalachicola! Hang-up your keys & walk to waterfront restaurants, shops, pubs, churches, museums, marinas & fresh seafood markets! NOTE: daily rate is based on 2-person occupancy. Additional rates apply for more than 2 guests. Max 8 persons. Pet Fee of $100 pp for preapproved pet (dog only) Guests will be provided with a Lease Agreement upon booking

It has two comfy king size beds, two full bathrooms , full furnished kitchen, living room with pull out sofa, fully fenced back yard. Enjoy the town with shopping , local restaurants, fishing , wildlife and beaches! St. George Island is 15 minute drive, Port St Joe is a 25 minute drive. We also have room to park your boat and trailer , ask for availability of slip.

This apartment is connected to my main home here in Eastpoint, FL: The Gateway to SGI! It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. This property is located 6 miles from the main public beach on SGI, almost a straight shot across the bridge. I am happy to welcome all guests to my own little Taradise on "The Forgotten Coast"!
