Ymos is a traditional house built in the 18th century and located in the heart of Sými island in "chorio". It offers an authentic accommodation environment to all of our guests who wish to experience the local lifestyle and way of living. The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. Villa Rosa is a beautiful neoclassical style property situated in the Pitini area of Symi. Its fabulous position means it offers stunning views of Yialos harbour, the Aegean sea and the Island of Nimos. Rare for Symi, the property has the benefit of road access from the harbour & the "lazy steps" are moments away. Offering generous & flexible accommodation the Villa spans 2 separate properties that can sleep up to 10, all set within a beautiful private garden with outside kitchen.

Kali Strata Studio is on the ground floor of a thoughtfully restored neoclassical 19th century house that most likely belonged to a prosperous merchant. A few minutes of walk will take you to the heart of Datça, where the delicious fish restaurants in Kumluk, the road of love, the street of art, and the harbor are.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
