Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

A brand-new listing. Nestled near the hustle and bustle of the District at Prairie Trail is Peaceful Retreat. A one-bedroom studio apartment on the 2nd floor with your own entrance. A king-sized Sleep Number bed and 2 Lazy Boy recliners creates a perfect place to relax but yet within walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Near the entrance of your apartment is a 30' stream and comfy seating for two to enjoy a good book and a glass of your favorite beverage.

My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Ankeny with a 16 min. drive to downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The guest bed is brand new. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 5. I have high-speed cable internet with cable through slingTV.
