A relaxing and peaceful lodge set in the grounds of a 200-year-old farmhouse in over 11 acres of orchard and meadow. L'oume Lodge sits at the edge of a meadow and has a private gated entrance and parking. There is a private terrace with a built-in BBQ and garden, beyond which is the gated shared pool area The pool is 6 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1.25 m and a shallow side pool for young children. There's also a pool house/summer kitchen, BBQ and wisteria-covered eating area at the pool.

Eiffel at Bassinaud - relaxing and well-equipped

Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Maison Chinsa Entire House

Tastfully renovated gîte with an optional exclusive-use of Jacuzzi available between May & September on request €10 per night. Ideally located, it is just a 25-minute drive from the historic city of Angoulême, known for its vibrant restaurants and bars. Situé dans un environnement calme, annexe de notre maison principale, sans vis à vis, dans une impasse avec forêt, vous pourrez vous garer gratuitement devant le logement sans souci. Vous vous ferez réveiller par les chants des oiseaux tout en étant proche de la N10 (1 mn en voiture) et à 3 mn du centre ville (en voiture) ou 5 mn en bus. Proche de tout commerce (supérette, boulangerie, tabac et pharmacie).

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.
