We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

This lovely two bedroom cottage offers accommodation for up to four people with one double and one twin room. The cottage has its own private and enclosed courtyard area with alfresco dining and cooking areas. Maison du 18ème siècle en pleine campagne, ayant pour seul voisin, des chevaux et des vaches. Elle peut accueillir jusqu’à six personnes. Nous avons essayé d’y mettre tout le confort possible afin de faciliter votre séjour. Nombreuses randonnées aux alentours ainsi que de nombreux producteurs. Elle se situe à environ 45 km de Angoulême et de cognac , 60 km de Périgueux, 1h15 de Bordeaux et de Royan. Il y a une grande piscine et une salle de sport avec un sauna.

Set in the heart of the Green Perigord region,this charming traditional stone built house is the perfect spot to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is set in a quiet hamlet yet close to holiday amenities and leisure. (Accrobranche, walks, cycles rides). Saint Aulaye and Aubeterre have stunning river beaches, a lovely lake at Jemaye. There is a little shop less than a mile away in the historic village of Saint Privat des prés.
