Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Dogs are not permitted in the communal garden. 5 minute drive to the South Downs for walking and cycling and amazing views. A light stylish apartment in a listed building with an outdoor terrace and views over the town. It is situated on the main High Street directly across the road from Arundel Castle. The location is central a step away from restaurants cafes, bars, bistros, lido and beautiful walks. The accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. THERE ARE JUST OVER 2 OUTSIDE STAIRCASES SO THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL- SPORRY.

Self contained small bungalow, short walk to beach

Petit Palm is very popular and receives great reviews from guests. It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton, Chichester, and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.
