Our house offers a great outdoor deck for Entertaining. Spacious living room, dining room along with a washer & dryer! It has been remolded but still has its Imperfections. Quite safe neighborhood. Limited street parking. Plenty of back yard parking! If you are mountain biking - we have a secured basement to store bikes

Located on a private, corner lot 2 bedrooms/1 bath, full kitchen. Our bungalow is not suitable for young children. There is a pet cleaning fee.

The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

Enjoy the outdoors with the close convenience of city life. We roast green coffee and provide a jar of freshly roasted coffee upon request. Must be at least 25 years old to register.

If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

Knoxville Little House

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Twin daybed in Living Room. Please note: there is no kitchen but there is a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig and ice maker. Outside you are welcome to enjoy the pool, comfortable seating, fire pit, and grill Pool open May - September. Owner lives upstairs. No shared areas.
