This two-story barn conversion retains the rustic allure of its original structure while seamlessly embracing modern design elements. As you step into this cozy holiday home located in the heart of Sufers, you'll be immediately captivated by the beautiful views that surround you. The top floor boasts a spacious living room with a charming fireplace, and a dining area alongside a fully-equipped, open kitchen. On the expansive terrace you can soak up the sun until the late afternoon hours, as you take in the views of the mountains that stretch before you. There is a barbecue grill and a spacious dining table that comfortably seats six people, ideal for enjoying meals under the open sky in the warmer months. On the lower floor you will find a master bedroom with a kingsize bed (180cm), and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bunk bed. The modern bathroom features a shower and a washing machine / tumble dryer. Downstairs is also a large storage room for you to store your skis, sledges and other bulky items. Please note that the bedrooms and bathrooms are not fully soundproofed. This construction enhances the authentic charm of the house, but may be less suitable for extended stays with friends. Therefore, for longer stays, we primarily recommend this accommodation for couples and families. Sufers is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities in the Viamala region, escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In winter you can enjoy unique snow tours, go skiing, cross-country skiing or sledging. The Splügen-Tambo ski resort is only a 5-minute drive from Sufers. From spring to autumn, you can hike to breathtaking mountain lakes, collect mushrooms, climb rocks in the nearby "Magic Wood" boulder park, or simply take a walk around the tranquil Lake Sufers. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, seeking a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this charming barn conversion in Sufers is the ideal alpine retreat.

Il Nido è una struttura realizzata interamente in legno naturale, di 20 mq, pensata appositamente per 2 persone e dotato di tutti i confort. Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

Die schöne, renovierte und gut gepflegte Dachwohnung liegt idyllisch beim Lärchenwald oberhalb dem Dorf Andeer (Paradies). Freier Blick in 3 Richtungen in die wunderschöne Bergwelt. Kostenlose Parkplätze gehören dazu. Das grosse Grundstück ist vollumfänglich umzäunt. Der grosse Sitzplatz mit Feuerschale zum Grillieren darf in Absprache genutzt werden (Partys mit Absprache / mieten beider Wohnungen). Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, ideal für viele Aktivitäten im Winter und im Sommer.

Du wirst unsere Unterkunft lieben und die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit schätzen. Unsere Wohnung ist für Paare und Familien mit Kindern. Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Heilbades Andeer und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Skifahren und vieles mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie gemütliche Restaurants findest du in wenigen Minuten oder mit dem Auto in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist über die Treppe oder den Lift vom Parterre oder der Tiefgarage mühelos erreichbar.

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. Ganzjährig locken Gleitschirmflüge und das Mineralbad Andeer. Produkte sind im Dorf frisch ab Hof erhältlich, Volg im Nachbardorf, Postautohaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage mit der direkten, schönen Aussicht auf den Hinterrhein und die Berglandschaft. Die Wohnung bietet Unterkunft für vier Personen, zwei im Schlafzimmer, zwei im Wohnzimmer. Im Dorf bestehen Einkaufssmöglichkeiten im Primo-Laden und in der Sennerei. Auf Wunsch kann auch das Frühstück bebucht werden, Bedingungen anfragen.
