The trail is great for bike rides (we have bikes to borrow), jogging, and skiing. A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? Hodson's Hot Tub House

Our house will be a great addition to your vacation. We offer a hot tub and sauna. There is plenty of room to store your snowboarding gear, or just kick back and relax. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, and a workout room downstairs. We are 2.5 miles from the Dimond Shopping Center, 6.4 miles from Downtown, 4.9 miles from Hilltop Ski Hill, and and 38.8 miles from Alyeska Ski Resort. There are multiple activities and restaurants within 2 miles of the house.

Beautiful Alaskan style home. Surrounded by trees on over a half acre. Large deck BBQ grill and fire pit available to enjoy the ambiance. This lovely four bedroom home sleeps eight comfortably.
