Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the salt life. It shares a back porch area with the other 3 units.

Guest suite in our house on Klutho park; peaceful, gorgeous view of the park and downtown Jacksonville skyline. The house is divided into two separate living spaces. You have your own private entrance through the back. NO SMOKING. Not 420 friendly Because the house is divided in two, you might hear our puppy bark sometimes.

Upstairs bungalow located above garage. Private and quiet surroundings located in downtown St. Marys. Walk to shopping and dining. Very close proximity to Cumberland Island ferry. Original photos show the kitchen without a stove we have recently renovated the kitchen adding a stove to make cooking easier for guests.
