This fully private 1 bedroom condo gives you all you need for your home away from home. In house washer and dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and yes, even a coffee maker. Additionally this space is located in between highway 288 and 35, ideal for a quick ride to hotspots like Pearland Town Center and Baybrook Mall.
