Mountain View Guest House

A well-maintained guesthouse with the feel of the Old West. Located far enough out of Alpine to give you a rural feel, but just minutes from downtown, the guesthouse is 30 feet from our house. We are very respectful of your privacy, and all of the facilities are yours to use. Sit out on the large covered porch and enjoy the view, or visit with our livestock. We are pet-friendly. Kathryn's Corner Cottage - Gorgeous Views

Kathryn's Corner Cottage is located in a popular residential area in Alpine called Carpenter addition. It is beautifully landscaped and features ample parking. 2BR/1BA (master bedroom -king 400 series Serta adjustable bed; 2nd bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed) each with their own smart tvs. The home has a large dining room for meals and gatherings and a sunroom with a gas log fireplace is located at the back of the home perfect for reading, bird watching, or just relaxing.

The Ranchito: Beautiful Views Close to Town.

Just past Alpine city limits, quiet and with great views close to town. This is an Adobe house built in the 1950’s with natural earthen floors made of clay brick. The back yard backs up to an undeveloped ranch, providing privacy and open spaces- with plenty of deer, fox, javelina, and bird of prey passing through. The Milky Way can be observed from this location. The Ranchito is a quick 25 minute drive from Marfa. Alpine is a great spot to access all points of the Big Bend.

Marfa Container: JUDY

Philadelphia Street Containers is a boutique-style hotel container experience. There are five private spaces within the complex, all ranging in different sizes and designed to perfection. Rent the entire hotel or rent each space individually. “Judy” is a 200sf private space with a walk-in shower, queen-size bed, desk, and fun art throughout. Outdoor spaces, including the cowboy pool, are shared with guests renting the four other units.

Ice Plant Casita

Across from the historic Marfa Ice Plant, Ice Plant Casita is right off the center of town. Just under 500 square feet, this cozy adobe casita equipped with the necessities you need for a simple stay including, full bed, table and two chairs, seating area, desk, and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Tiny Cottage - Located in the heart of downtown Alpine, Texas, this separate, diminutive cottage (1 room and bath) was a teeny office (168sf) back in the day! The bed is only a 3/4 bed ( wider than a twin, but less wide than a double)! The TINY cottage is situated downtown, behind the locally owned salon and barber shop, Americana. Enjoy the Backyard, adjacent to the Dragonfly Cottage!
