Ideal for a relaxing break, a base for walking and exploring the wonderful Northumbrian Coastline, family holiday or romantic weekend!Cowslip is perfectly located to explore the popular Seahouses, Bamburgh, and Alnwick, but lovely to come back to the tranquility and kick back and enjoy!

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Featuring 2 spacious double-bed bedrooms and winding spiral staircase running through the centre of the property to the open-plan top floor, you can wake up to castle views right outside the main bay windows on the top floor. This fun, themed home offers a unique place to stay and relax, and is an ideal base to explore the beautiful coast and countryside of Northumberland.

The Hogglet provides a cosy, comfortable retreat for two people. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with an en-suite and a homely living space. Off street parking, guest patio and garden. Two small dogs or one medium dog (labrador size) welcome. We are surrounded by beautiful walks including the river Coquet and the breathtaking beaches. A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Only a short stroll to the central market place, this is the ideal location from which to explore Alnwick and beyond. Number 11 has the benefit of off street parking at the property, together with an open-plan living room and kitchen, sunny conservatory and large courtyard. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with an over-bath electric shower.

This stylish, spacious and comfortable cottage is located right on the Estuary in the coastal village of Alnmouth and perfect for families and friends. The cottage is a 7 min walk down Lovers walk directly to the beach and the village with restaurants and cafes less than a 5 min walk! There is a relaxing enclosed garden where you can watch the tide ebb and flow after a day exploring stunning Northumberland.
