The guest house at Olde Sassafras Farm is an 1891 farmhouse that has been newly remodeled for your comfort yet transports you back in time with its antique furnishings. The farm is located near The Roost and The Chetremon, and is 30 min. from IUP & Gobbler's Knob. The peaceful country setting invites you to spend the day relaxing by the pond, stroll up to the sassafras tree, or enjoy an evening campfire. Take a break from the craziness of life and unwind with a quiet respite here at the farm.

This spacious room features a Jacuzzi tub and king size Bed. The room is built as an addition to a converted barn built around 1900. The farm consists of 10 acres with an orchard and is along the Conewango Creek. Conveniently located within the Allegheny National Forest and the Kinzua Dam area near Warren, PA and in close proximity to Jamestown, NY and Chautauqua Lake. Great hiking all around. We do not charge additional fees except for extra guests, pets and if you chose to have breakfast.

HALL HOUSE - East Wing Green Room

Historic Hall House with its distinctive Greek Revival colonnade is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It's the oldest building in Brookville and has recently been completely restored. Hall House provides upscale hotel-style accommodations with 5 separate guest rooms each with keypad entrance, king or queen bed, fireplace antiques and modern spa bath. There are large common spaces including a Painting Gallery and Sunroom where breakfast is served. (Your hosts live next door.)

Driving up the drive and around back to the circular driveway, you'll feel like you've entered an English country manor home. Classic elegance with a warm, homey atmosphere awaits you in this almost 100-year-old home located close to everything in Butler, Pa and only 40 miles north of downtown Pittsburgh. Included in this rental is a second floor private bedroom with two twin beds, and parasols dreamily hanging overhead. A full bath is next door, only shared with guests from one other room.

Our cozy and cheerful, three story victorian is located in downtown Punxsutawney, home of the famous groundhog! Located across from Barclay Square and within walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants, and activities. Outside we have covered parking, a little yard and a sweet gazebo. Our spacious main floor includes a full kitchen, breakfast/game nook, dining room, large living room, sitting/office area, and enclosed porch. Each of our six comfortable bedrooms are uniquely decorated.

Our home was built in 1907 and we have filled it with lots of fun, unique antiques! Our home is just blocks from downtown Erie. Close to lots of amenities and attractions. Some include Waldameer amusement park, Hamot and St Vincent hospitals, Bayfront convention center. 15 minutes from the Erie International Airport, 15 minutes from Presque Isle State park, 15 mintues from LECOM and only 8 mintues from the Erie Insurance Arena downtown. We also share our home with some furry friends.

Country setting, just minutes away from town. 10 minutes from IUP. Serving fresh "good for you" breakfast. Hot tub and campfire available for use. My husband and I will be staying at the house and will be available for questions or can let guests enjoy their space. Feel free to create your own lunch or dinner in the kitchen. I have two other rooms available if needed for extra guests: Sunshine on my Shoulders (2 twin beds) and Safari Room (Queen size bed).

We live in a 1904 American Foursquare brick home, furnished with antiques. We are empty nesters . Port Allegany is a small town nestled in the wooded hills of the northern Pennsylvania Wilds. Hiking, stargazing, kayaking, blueberry picking, Amish, fishing and hunting abound. An alpaca farm and a WWII museum are nearby. Kinzua Bridge and Cherry Springs State Parks, drive-in movies, wineries, breweries and distilleries are within an hours' drive.
