Move to the romantic, rose-colored patio for drinks at sundown. Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

You will have access to the air conditioning, heating, wireless internet, cable tv, iPod dock for music, completely new kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing/ drying machine, fridge, coffee machine, orange juice squeezer, kettle, oven. In the bathroom, You have a hairdryer and all the amenities. In the bedroom, You have a very big wardrobe to put all Your things! The decoration of the apartment follows modern and simple lines just to make You feel comfortable. Access to all apartment We are always present at the check-in. The apartment is located in the heart of downtown Lisbon, with excellent coffee shops, supermarket, the metro, trains, trams and the river close by. There is easy access to a car park, supermarket and delicious home bakeries, and restaurants. You will find everything near to the apartment. You have a supermarket in 2 minutes, restaurants and bakeries 1 minute, car park (fee per hour or day and weekend and night free) at the street. Tram nº28 passes just at 50m and metro Baixa/Chiado 10 minutes walking. Castle, churches, Praça do Comércio.... and all the great sights You can reach walking. Visit Sintra village You can go by train, just walk 10 minutes to train station. To visit Cascais and the beaches You can walk 15 minutes to the train station. We are 24h available for our Guests!

CASTELO, ALFAMA - CASA MENINO DEUS ( 53816/AL )

In the apartment, you won't hear more than four kinds of sounds: the horns of ships passing along the Tagus; the ringing of tram bells as they cross paths in the next street (among them the legendary 28, running through the whole historic Lisbon circuit). The third sound is of the Lisboners of the air, the blackbirds, hummingbirds, seagulls and other birds that stop by the Tagus estuary. The fourth is the sound of church bells spreading through the neighbourhood, coming from the distance through their window of choice. Nevertheless you're in the very heart of the town. The apartment is located in a small square. It opens up to the facade of the church of Menino Deus (which has no bells!), the only one who survived the earthquake of Lisbon. In the square lies the oldest house in town and one of the alleys giving entrance to the castle of the city. The house is located in the confluence of Alfama, Castelo and Graça, Lisbon's most emblematic districts. The main historical sites of Old Lisbon - besides the Castle, the old cathedral, the convent of St. Vicente, the Pantheon - are all within walking distance. The surrounding area boasts dozens of restaurants, fado houses, trendy cafes, local shops and the best terraces in town. All this within a 10 minute walk downtown. The apartment has 70 m2 and was recently renovated. It is located on the 2nd floor of a building from the late nineteenth century. It accommodates up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with double bed. The windows overlook the rooftops of Alfama. The living room was designed to accommodate two more people, for it is furnished with a sofa bed for two people. It has a third division that serves as dining room or reading room. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (with shower). Towels and bed linen are included, of course.
