Seaside Casual Summer/Fall

The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

The Adak/Aleutian Experience / 177-D /Hunters Unit

This is Unit 177-D "The Hunters Unit". it is a 1500 Sq. Ft. Condo / Townhouse. This unit has 2 bedrooms upstairs. The Master-Bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with it's own full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms in the unit. 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Flights are on Wednesdays and Saturdays only! We will meet you at the Adak Airport. We also have rental vehicles available. This is a Sandy Cove Unit, 177-D "The Hunters Unit".

This home away from home is only available in the summer, with lots of books and games for rainy days.

Kodiak's Harbor House

If you're searching for a breathtaking views over looking the beautiful harbor in Kodiak then this is the place for you! Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.

The Kodiak House (4 BR)

Book your stay with your group or family in our spacious and quiet 4 BR home. Here you'll have your own private oasis, with 4 bedrooms along with a large well-stocked kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and an inviting and comfortable living room. WiFi and parking are included. Two bedrooms have Queen sized beds and two bedrooms have twin beds. Rental vehicles and airport shuttle service are available with at least 24 hours advanced notice.

Aquamarine Suites Studio Apartment on the Mall

Fully furnished Studio Apartment in the heart of Downtown Kodiak! Comfortably sleeps 2 people Plus 2 more on a sleeper couch. This studio is situated right above a Cafe-Restaurant and next to Bars, Movie Theater, the Baranof Museum, Nature trails, Parks, the Harbor, Local shopping and the Brewery! The rental boasts beautiful views of the mountains and is located in a picturesque setting that allows yourself to immerse yourself in nature. The peaceful and serene atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Our hotel-style suite is perfectly suited to give you a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Whale - Remote Whale Island Cabin on the water

Our place is completely and totally isolated. The cabins are perfect for hunting, fishing, beachcombing, and kayaking. We recommend our place for couples, solo adventurers, or small group retreats. Eventually, it would make an amazing wedding venue. The cabins are not on the Kodiak mainland, but rather on a nearby island. You will have to contact me to find out information about getting from Kodiak to Whale Island.
