Storing bicycles inside the apartment or in the building’s common areas is not permitted. Cleaning of the kitchen and any utensils used during the stay is the responsibility of the guest.

Somos los propietarios directos y esta temporada anunciamos esta exclusiva villa luminosa totalmente reformada con vistas únicas a la bahía del Pto de Sóller. Su ubicación, entre mar y montaña la hace especial. El exterior de la planta baja consta de una piscina con ducha y varias terrazas totalmente amuebladas (con tumbonas, mesas, sillas, barbacoa...) . La casa se divide en dos pisos equipados de manera individual. Para más de 5 huespedes, se podrá disfrutar de las dos plantas de la Villa.

The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
