Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. Sauna & Relax

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Wir, Familie mit Kind, Hund, Katzen und Pferden vermieten ein gemütliches Studio im Parterre unseres Hauses in ST NIKLAUS ( NOT LOCATED IN ZERMATT!!!) Check in ab 15 uhr!! Privater Eingang im Parterre des Hauses, inkl. Parkplatz und Gartensitzplatz - Ländliche Umgebung. Im winter empfehlen wir Anreise nur Autos mit 4WD wegen schnee!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station(up & Downhill -waydirection see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAINSTATION!! No Smoking!

The open mezzanine offers an additional double bed recommended for children. Most Central Valais ski resorts are just 30 minutes away, and shopping centers in Conthey are only 3 minutes away(by car)with easy access to the highway within 10 minutes. Near from all comodities (Alaïa Bay, city of Sion), ski stations (Veysonnaz, Verbier, Ovronnaz, Nendaz) and where you will find good restaurants, wineries and activities. The perfect chill out for intimity, families and friends !!! You can also enjoy the best mountain walks in Valais for most of the year.

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.

Cet appartement paisible et entièrement équipé offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Disposant d'un grand jardin sans vis-à-vis et d'une place de parc, il est proche des stations de ski et de plusieurs randonnées. A quelques pas d'une station de bus qui relie le centre de Sion en 7min, et les stations de ski en 20min. Une connexion internet à la fibre optique est disponible. Vous y sentirez comme chez vous.

Das Haus verfügt über keine Zentralheizung, der Kamin wird mit Holz eingefeuert. Klappt wunderbar!

With its terrace hidden from view, you can enjoy the panoramic views while having a meal. Jacuzzi option: If you wish to use the Jacuzzi, we ask for a supplement of 100 CHF for the entire stay (included: (chemical, energy, hot and clean water).
