We're two Portland craftspeople trying to keep the OG Airbnb experience alive by offering thoughtfully designed private guest suites out of our home/studio. We’ve restored this spacious, private loft from top to bottom, combining vintage charm with modern amenities — including a huge bedroom, spotless bath with soaking tub, simple kitchenette, and sitting room with sofabed. This brand new Airbnb is in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, you really can't beat the location! The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

Spacious, bright garden studio on Peninsula Park

Explore the world-class restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the nearby Williams and Mississippi districts. Take a stroll around the award winning (and oldest) rose garden in the City of Roses across the street in Peninsula Park. At home, this second story studio has extra space in the meditation loft, a full kitchen, fast internet, and projector for streaming. Enjoy your private deck over the shared garden with hammock and H/C outdoor shower. Bus and train nearby with ample on-street parking.

Featured in Airbnb Magazine, this cozy spot is located in the Alberta Arts District, just steps away from award-winning restaurants, cafés, bars, art galleries, and shopping. You can reserve time at the Kennedy School soaking pool or catch a movie at their theater, enjoy a craft cocktail at Expatriate, take a yoga class at People’s Yoga, or shop the local New Seasons Market. A popular Portland neighborhood to make your home base for a memorable stay!

Our Guesthouse - Alberta Park - 2 bedrooms (queen)

Our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay with the convenient location and amenities. You'll have the space all to yourself as you explore Portland and the surrounding areas or to return to after visiting friends and family. Walk to excellent restaurants, call in a local delivery, or stay in and cook with a fully equipped kitchen. Restless kids (or adults) can grab a ball and explore the 16 acre park one block away. Unit is non-smoking/vaping and pet free.

Cozy Alley Cottage, Concordia/Alberta Arts, NE PDX

Come enjoy our beautiful detached cottage, in a Concordia alley 5 blocks from Alberta Street. French doors lead onto your own private patio. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need. The cottage is designed to be self sufficient, and full of natural light. Take a stroll through the alleyways and wander through Alberta park to restaurants and coffee shops. It is a very bike friendly neighborhood. We are also connected by bus lines to downtown.

Guesthouse in the Garden - Alberta Arts District

Enjoy a stay at this peaceful ~300 sq ft guest house located in the middle of the Alberta Arts District. Private entrance and entire place to yourself, no shared walls. Short stroll to great restaurants, art galleries, and shops. One block from Salt n Straw and several coffee shops. Great brunch, lunch, and dinner options all within walking distance. Reserved spot in our driveway for guests and plenty of free street parking available nearby as well.

Recently built and fully furnished with modern appliances. It's just a 15 minute drive to the great Portland Airport for easy flights in and out of town.

Built in 2019, the Annex guesthouse is walking distance to the Alberta Art District, University of Oregon (U ofO), Kennedy School, restaurants & specialty bars. Public transportation is near by. 15 minutes from Airport. The Annex is filled with natural light flowing through cathedral windows. Full Kitchen with cooking supplies, utensils, coffee and tea options, Private patio in the garden.
