A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

Welcome to our home, nestling on an acre of land in a quiet location, 5 mins drive from the centre of Wanaka township and an even shorter distance to the pristine Clutha River. We are surrounded by mountain ranges with St Bathans and the Dunstan Mountains forming a dramatic backdrop and blanketed by snow in the winter. The unit looks directly onto a climbing wall on Mt Iron which is only a 5 min walk away. There is plenty of off street parking available, including room for the boat.

Pip's guest house is attached in between the house & garage and is separate to our house. Overlooking our garden, you can relax and view Mt Iron, climbers scaling the mountain and observe the beauty while feeling relaxed. Our back gate leads you directly onto local bike and walking tracks and local ski fields are 35 minutes drive from here. All new beds and furniture and a self contained kitchen. Great place to park your boat. you can pop down to the river or lake for a swim.

Hikuwai Haven 2

Set on an acre with gorgeous mountain views and all day sun. This purpose built, architecturally designed room with ensuite has it's own separate entry and is private from the rest of the home. You have your own outdoor area. Linen & towels supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & bar fridge in the room. Wifi & Netflix available. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

Rocklands Retreat

This separate ensuite unit is part of a brand new house. You have your own private access from the sliding door of your personal outdoor space. The room itself is light bright and airy with high quality furnishings, feather duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton towels. It is a large space with plush armchairs for lounging and a breakfast table as well as outdoor seating.There is a heat pump to keep you cozy in the winter months, Smart TV with Netflix and WIFI.

Peaceful Cabin at Bills Way

Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills. Fantails and bell birds visit often. It's a short 5 min stroll to the lake and a 5 min drive or 30 min walk along the lake shore to the town centre. Continental breakfast is provided. Pets welcome by negotiation.
