A block from the Santiam River and Waterloo County Park with trails, playground, disc golf and a great fishing spot at the falls. 11 miles to Foster Lake. 1 mile to Pineway or Mallard Creek golf courses. This spacious and private duplex apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, centrally located near amenities and all the fun Corvallis has to offer. Located in a walking neighborhood close to campus, downtown, the hospital, grocery stores, and the tech firms. It has a private backyard, a large family room, a kitchen, W/D, A/C, wifi, smart TV (with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, and more), a supportive queen bed, comfortable sofa bed (no crossbar), and a daybed that can pull out to make a king.

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.

Enjoy this peaceful and quiet country cottage

The Cottage is located on our 5 acre farm, Rising Star farm. We have dairy goats, chickens and cats. Our house is on the property. Up to 4 guests allowed but best suited for 2 adults and 2 children. Extra $10 per child per night. The Cottage has plenty of parking, a covered patio and a fenced yard with banty chickens. We take great care with our cleaning regimen.

This is a working farm. Expect to see & hear the sheep, chickens & dogs throughout your stay. This wagon has a canvas top, but is insulated. It has a regular twin bed, but no headroom for taller guests. Bedding, towels, electricity, space heater, wifi and access to bathroom & kitchenette are included For a larger space, book Wagon 1, 2 or 3.
