1950s Charmer Close to UW

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Take a ride down Thornburgh Drive and find this cute little remodeled 1950s home located right between beautiful La Prele and Washington Parks. It is within walking distance by just a few blocks to either of the parks, the movie theater, and the University of Wyoming. Coming for a football game? You can easily walk to the stadium in just a few minutes, or enjoy any of the events that the Laramie area has to offer throughout the year.

Oxford Horse Ranch

The Palmer House is located on the historic Oxford Horse Ranch that was established in 1887. The old log house is remodeled in a Victorian style. Luxurious accommodations nestled outside of town on a 3,600 acre privately owned, working cattle ranch. Come enjoy the ranch life style viewing cattle, horses, and the 150 foot barn. This national registered historic landmark boasts a wonderful piece of Wyoming History. Bring your horse and sense of western adventure for an experience of a lifetime.

The Bird's Nest Yurt

Enjoy a wonderful stay at a full equipped yurt overlooking the historic Chris Klein reservoir. Located on one of Albany County's first ranches. Experience country charm and beauty located only 8 minutes from downtown Laramie. The yurt features a modern bathroom with shower, kitchen, studio living space and wood stove. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Pets are welcome and we include an additional charge of $20/pet/night to cover added cleaning costs.

Secluded home on 35 acres next to Medicine Bow National Forest. 10 minutes to Laramie, 15 min to Curt Gowdy State Park and 35 min to Cheyenne. Beautiful scenery and abundance of deer and elk. Fenced back yard. Pets are welcome. Two bedrooms with two baths plus twin bed. No cell service or wi fi on site due to location. Landline provided. There is Dish satellite tv. I provide coffee, tea, sugar, flour, spices and eggs if my chickens are generous! Additional BR available upon request.

On the shores of beautiful Lake Hattie, this 1 bedroom/1bath house plus a loft, is just steps from the water. **A guest cottage is available now for extra guests, $80/nt extra. Public beach area for sunning, swimming, or launching your kayak/SUP or other. Albany Lodge and Snowy Range Ski Resort are each about 31 miles away if you like snowmobiling or SXS/quads, cross-country and snowshoeing. Dog friendly (2 dog maximum). There's no longer an outdoor kennel available.

The ‘Railway Cottage’ with 2-bedrooms, 1-bathroom is walking distance to downtown, a block from the historic Laramie Railroad Depot, and a short trip to the University. Built in 1900, this home is full of history but has all you need to enjoy modern day life. Relax in the backyard next to the fire pit, celebrate a Poke's win after game day, or stroll downtown for local shops, restaurants, and events!

Industrial Studio: close to UW & downtown

We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area. Please note that the A/C is seasonal.

Cody’s Casita

This special place is close to everything in historic Westside in Laramie, making it easy to plan your visit. Fifteen minute walk downtown via historic pedestrian bridge to countless restaurants, coffee shops, microbreweries, and shopping. Fenced in back yard. There are 2 popular restaurants within 2 blocks, Bernie’s Mexican and JSI Grill. The Snowy Range mountains, Vedauwoo, and Happy Jack recreation areas are located a short drive out of town.
