Half a block from Downtown Alamosa, restaurants, bank and bars. Safeway, liquor store (Chief Liquor) and Walgreens is 0.5 miles away. Great Sand Dunes National Park and Zapata Falls is a 32.6 miles from the property.

Walking distance to downtown and many local restaurants. Our home has comfortable beds with a king size bed in the master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom.
