Cute, cozy, freshly remodeled, private guest house on a beautiful 5 acre farm. Enjoy your own backyard herb garden with privacy fence, picnic table and fire pit. New kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee-maker, and dining area perfect for enjoying meals. The bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, queen bed, & extra blankets. This country getaway is near the University of Florida (12 miles), Blue Springs (21 miles) Ginnie Springs (24 miles), and historic High Springs (15 miles).

Our home is less than a mile to UFHealth at Shands and the Malcom Randall Veterans Medical Center. We are a mile to the University of Florida campus. Amazingly, also a short bike ride (1-2 miles) to Downtown Gainesville. Close to Depot Park, art studios, restaurants, music venues, and theater. Nature parks close too. The bonus is we live on 2 acres, tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Our pool is deep & cool; we have bikes to borrow. The container is perfect for a solo traveler, or a couple.

We have 2 goats, 2 zebus, and 4 donkeys that make up our little farmhouse retreat. The cabin is stylish and cozy offering a full size bed, futon, WiFi and TV. . Welcome to our A-frame cabin, nestled in charming Old Florida Woodlands. It’s complete with two cots, a hinged wall/awning, fire pit, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a picnic table. From this soft pine-needled space, enjoy the view across the pond, go explore the seasonal garden, feed the fish, and meet our farm dogs. Mostly, enjoy ease and reconnection nature encourages. Due to severe drought this year, the pond is currently very low. However, you can still spot koi, bass, and brim. 🙏🏼

Quiet, private studio cottage with screened in porch that look out to the spacious yard and gardens. Off street parking, walking distance to downtown, Santa Fe downtown campus, and 2.5+ miles to UF/Shands. Easy accèss to the airport, libraries, museums, local parks, swimming, and biking trails. Kayaking, cave diving, and other activities just a few miles away. Enjoy your stay with a comfortable queen size bed, private bathroom (shower, no tub), internet, coffee, and a modest kitchen.

Harmony Tiny House-10 min to UF & Airport

Beautifully built and decorated, Harmony Tiny house is located close to Newnan’s Lake but only a 10 minute drive to downtown. Surrounded by woods on 3 sides, it sits behind the main home on an acre of land with a small creek in the back. You have access to the back yard with an outdoor table and chairs and also a key to the utility room if you need to do a load of laundry. The sliding glass door entry faces the backyard. Please note that pets are allowed and there is a $30 pet fee.

The Crane's Landing

We are meticulous about cleaning, now more than ever. Doorknobs, faucet handles and light switches are being thoroughly sanitized between guests. Your health is a priority! 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment, near UF & thd airport, full kitchen and bath. Very comfortable queen sized bed. Beautiful living room and breakfast bar w/ great lighting throughout. Quarter mile nature trail through 5 acres of magnolias, oaks & ancient pines right outside the front door. Enjoy the real Florida!
