Although you're close by, there is sound proofing between your area and the main house and you have your own patio area to yourself to relax and soak up the countryside.

Loft @ Nine is a B&B styled studio room above our garage. Located in a quiet, residential area of Pukekohe & 3 mins drive to town, the room is perfect for a couple or single occupant. Please note the angled wall. The self-contained, air-conditioned studio comes with free wifi, private access & onsite parking. Equipped with 1 queen bed, 1 bathroom, a sofa & TV. Milk & light snacks will be provided in the small kitchenette, which includes a mini fridge, toaster, microwave, jug, tea & coffee.

Beautiful views from your own private patio. Private entrance with parking for two cars. We are available in the main house to help with whatever you need. Portacot on request. Please note we have a cat who may come visiting but please feel free to let us know if you would prefer we kept them away.
