What do I do with my belongings when guests are in my apartments?
Up to you! Some Hosts install a lock on a closet or bedroom, or store personal items in a safe. Others store their belongings in a garage or a storage locker. Check in with the building manager to see what options are available.
How will guests access the building/unit if I’m not there?
You decide how you want guests to access your apartment, but just make sure it’s consistent with the building’s policies. Some Hosts meet their guests in-person and provide them with a physical key.
