Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Das Apartment befindet sich im Untergeschoss und bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in den Bergen – in zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem ruhiger Umgebung. Zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV können Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kulturelle Attraktionen schnell erreicht werden. Autos können kostenlos an der Straße geparkt werden. Das Wanderwege-Netz am Wank befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Das Bett ist 1,20m groß und Bad-Accessoires sind für Dich bereitgestellt.

Holiday apartment with private entrance door, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The cross-country slope is only a couple of meters away. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. Ideal for: couples, sporty people, families with 1 child. Visitor's tax of €3,50/ Person/ night is not included and will be charged upon arrival.

Liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Ortsteil Kaltenbrunn, 6km vom Ortszentrum Garmisch Partenkirchen entfernt. Loipe ist zu Fuss erreichbar, Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, Parkplatz am Haus. My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.
