Paradise awaits you . Fishing, golfing, swimming, sunbathing, relaxing and an endless wave to surf. Shipwreck Bay one of the very best surfing in New Zealand . Cape Reinga Doubtless Bay, Whangaroa & Hokianaga Harbour all close you will never run out of things to do. Take a two min stroll down the drive to a safe swimming and surfing beach or take you car on the beach for a drive along 90 Mile Beach or just sit and the deck with your favourite drink and enjoy the endless view of 90 Mile .

Stunning eco cabin encircled by 90 Mile Beach

Surrounded by nature and encircled by the entire stretch of 90 Mile Beach & Ahipara Shipwreck Bay, enjoy primal sea, sky and forest in a totally private setting. By day see the skies from your bed through floor to ceiling French doors, or from your private deck. Watch the sun across the ocean from the tip of Cape Reinga the northernmost point of NZ - visible from this cabin, then the sunset behind Ahipara. By night enjoy the stars as little light disturbs your view in this hilltop setting.

Oak Tree Hut

Rustic built wooden hut on our hillside rural property. One comfy single bed . Breakfast prep corner. Toilet & shower is at the main house which has its own seperate entrance & will be shared with any other guests occupying the other larger Cabin . Parking area. Outside of the Main house there’s a cooking area , 2 gas points, pots,pans, double sink to wash up. The Internet is available in this area not inside the Hut. There’s some instant coffee, tea black& herbal , instant soup in the Hut.

Shirkies Shack.

Comfortable private setup one bedroom with king size bed an Ensuite with shower, toilet and front loader washing machine. Separate indoor living area. Large patio BBQ area, Small kitchenette everything supplied. Living and Bedroom areas have ceiling fans. Free Parking. Spa Pool, Smart TV - Freeview and Unlimited wifi. Not suitable for Children/Infants. About 1 km to Tokerau and Whatuwhiwhi Beaches, very close to Rangiputa, Puheke and Matai Bay. Near by, Carrington Estate and Winery.

Houhora Harbour Studio

Enjoy your own piece of Houhora in our modern comfortable studio overlooking the Houhora harbour. We are just a stones throw from the wharf so you can cook your own catch in our kitchen with a view. Otherwise, for those who prefer, the local shop, cafe & liquor store is across the road! Pukenui is a great stop on the way to or from Cape Reinga. We are in the heart of Pukenui, a small quiet community. As hosts we share the property should you need any assistance during your stay.

90 Mile Beach Front Hideaway

A simple bach at the beach to relax and enjoy the view .Great location, awesome sunsets front verandah. Large fenced section .Sheltered bbq area out the back. Handy to Cape bus pickup. Great for families, couples or singles. Awesome spot. All beds made up and plenty of extra linen in the hotwater cupboard to help your self too. Lots of awesome walks handy.Apart from the beach Lake Ngatu is 5mins up the road with its DOC walking track around it.Also forestry/beach walks.

A little slice of paradise

Here is something a little different and special. If you are after a relaxing holiday experience surrounded by nature, but want more creature comforts than camping can provide, then this beautiful open plan deck and separate cabin is just for you! Tucked away in a garden oasis, this property has a seaview over Mill Bay and across to the Karikari Peninsula. The spacious covered deck for entertaining includes a fully powered utility with kitchen, bathroom and laundry.

The Bach

Cute 1brm cottage - located in Pukenui township. Fully self contained with kitchen, bathroom, toilet & laundry. Queen bed in the bedroom & long single bed in a nook off the kitchen/lounge. Plenty of parking & room for the boat. BBQ available. Walking distance to the local shops, wharf, fishing club & café. Just a 50 minute drive to Cape Reinga & 10 mins out to the famous 90 Mile Beach. Houhora is surrounded by lots of fabulous NZ beaches.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

The Cowshed Cottage

A peaceful rural rustic space to retreat and relax yet minutes from town amenities and the main Northland route. Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac the cottage is contained within a converted mid-century milking shed made cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Easy access, no check-in required.

Black Box Bach

Freshly renovated and landscaped, the house has superb 180 degree views across Doubtless Bay. The beach, with many family-friendly activities, is only 380 metres away. You’ll love it because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the views, and the night sky. The supermarket, bottle shop, fishing shop, takeaway & 2 Dollarstore are 2 minutes walk. A perfect spot for couples and families (with kids).
