An annexed mini-home with private entrance accessed from our courtyard. A stylish, comfortable stay, in a village location and 10 mins from Borth Ynyslas Beach. It's an eco option as we carbon offset all stays with a tree planted per night, per guest, through our Ecologi partnership. Our village is in the Dyfi Estuary, woods behind the house, a community woods down the lane, and views to Borth and Cardigan Bay. Accessed by public transport, trains to Machynlleth and Aberystwyth, and buses.

Our ensuite guest room has a kitchenette & double bed. We promise, the views from your private balcony, will amaze you and yes, dolphins may make an appearance. The self contained annex has been recently extended and includes a large bedroom, lounge with sofa bed please mention if needed so extra bedding can be provided- no extra cost for 2 people booking. fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Parking is available outside the annex. All access and accommodation is on the same level for easy use. Set in the countryside it offers superb views, bike rides etc. The annex provides a comfortable homely experience within easy reach of local amenities.

Our place is located on the cliff in Borth, with spectacular views of Cardigan bay. It is a 3 storey Victorian house, of which the top floor will be all yours; maximum 4 guests. The top floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge room and 1 spacious bathroom. This accommodation would be suitable for golfers, surfers, ramblers or family gatherings. A complimentary breakfast hamper will be available for you to enjoy at your leisure

Self Contained Unit on a Smallholding

Guests can enjoy a sunny twin bedroom, self-catering kitchen space (breakfast cereals, tea and coffee facilities provided) with microwave oven, 2 x hob, air fryer, fridge and sink. Dining alfresco is an option in a private courtyard with outside table and chairs and a bbq is availabe on request, with plenty of space for bikes or kayaks etc. There is off-road parking for 2 vehicles.
