The listed cost is per bedroom, per night. There are group discounts available. This is a great space for any crew working out of town.

Balcony bedroom suite in a restored 1896 opera house, on the historic Greenfield town square. Two bedrooms (adjoining) and sitting room with antique furnishings. Full bath with large, antique claw-foot tub. Third floor, stair access only. A unique overnight experience.
