This charming cottage is set in a beautiful coastal location surrounded by fabulous mountain views and within walking distance of the shores of The Wild Atlantic Way. The location is a rural setting adjacent to a working farm, come and enjoy the unspoiled and breathtaking surroundings of the countryside. It is an ideal base from which to explore Achill Island and the rugged coastline of North Mayo. Ballycroy Visitor Centre and cafe 10 min drive. Greenway 20 min drive. Coastal Boardwalk15 min.

Cottage is 100 yards from mile-long sandy beach and Minaun Cliffs - among highest in Europe. The Toolis family have lived here for over 400 years. The deserted Dookinella stone village still stands in the field nextdoor. Keel village is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, local butcher selling Achill lamb and fisherman selling from boat. Surf school for all ages. Fabulous walks begin right at the door from easy to mountain hikes. Good for couples and families. Good WiFi. Wheelchair accessible.

Surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery on the west coast of Ireland. Looking out across the Atlantic Ocean at the Aran islands, gurteen beach and dogs bay beach. Hill climbing to the rear and beach walks to the front of the cottage, there are possibly few locations to compare with this cottage

Unique Hot-tub Chalet with Balcony Views

This little oasis is positioned on a south facing hill, overlooking a wide expanse of valley, tucked away from everything but yet a 5min drive from Westport Town. A wood-fired hot tub sits on the spacious deck, overlooking the valley. After bathing in the hot tub make your way up the external staircase to the balcony (which connects to the bedroom), where you can relax in the hammock and take in the amazing views.

We are within walking distance from 2 village pubs, The Tavern and Campbell's (check them out online ) Continental breakfast is included and there is a kettle, crockery, fridge and coffee/tea.

Ideal location for water sports/outdoor activities or the perfect location for a romantic or peaceful getaway.
