The Copper Hide - Beautiful and Unique Escape

The Copper Hide is a unique escape at Arth Valley Retreat on the west coast of Wales. This old dairy milking parlour was converted into accommodation some years ago but has recently (2024) benefited from a complete makeover. With a roll top bath, mezzanine bed with large star gazing window and Woodburning stove. During your stay you’ll be free to roam our piece of the valley that flows down to a river with waterfalls. Only a few minutes from the sea. Come and enjoy this romantic spot in nature.

The Victorian building, at 6A Bridge Street, accommodates this renovated, 1st floor, self-contained flat which has been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard. The flat is accessed via a staircase, some 16 steps, to the 1st floor. It offers bright & airy accommodation for up to 3 people comprising of a COMBINED living/sleeping space with wifi, tv, kitchen, shower room & separate toilet. Its town centre location makes it convenient for the beach, prom, restaurants, pubs & transport.

Mill Cottage is part of Felin Carrog a beautiful 19th century former corn mill. This characterful, cosy cottage is surrounded by countryside in a lovely rural setting. Situated between Aberystwyth and the beautiful harbour town of Aberaeron. Nearby Llanrhystud has a post office, a pub and petrol station with small supermarket. The property offers excellent wifi.
