Our bright and modern one bedroom apartment provides an ideal base from which to explore Royal Deeside! There is an abundance of leisure pursuits, fine dining and shopping on our door step! Walking/running/cycling/trails/hills/scenery/fishing/lochs and rivers/castles/road biking/mountain biking/ just relaxing!/amazing food and drink! We also have an electric car charging point should you wish to discuss car charging options. A few cupboards and drawers aren’t usable. Please do not open them

Tranquil retreat on The Speyside Way

Capercaillie Lodge is a cosy and welcoming 6 person (with option of 1 additional person and a travel cot) lodge situated near to the banks of the River Spey, on the Speyside Way walking route. Decorated and furnished to a high standard, complete with a wood burning stove, it guarantees a warm welcome at any time of the year. The Lodge stands in a small hamlet of eight individually designed lodges and has a private garden with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. STL No. MO-00132-P

Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

A 2 bedroom semi detached villa on the outskirts of Banchory 40 minutes drive from Aberdeen city centre and airport. Set in a quiet and exclusive development in the beautiful, relaxing countryside of Royal Deeside, next to the 9 hole Queens Course of Inchmarlo Resort. Surrounded by beautiful walks, castles, golf, fishing, distilleries and more. A 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the centre of Banchory the villa has a fully equipped Kitchen, flat screen TV and patio with table and chairs.

The Mill Cottage, Cairngorms National Park

The Mill is set on the side of a spectacular, secluded glen in the Cairngorms National Park, Scotland. In the 19th century it operated as a Watermill and has been lovingly converted into a 3 bedroomed holiday cottage. It is warm and comfortable and enjoys stunning views up the Corries glen to the summit of Carn Daimh. Please note. Should you be unable to travel due to a government imposed lockdown due to Covid 19, we will be happy to move the dates of your holiday or offer a full refund.

The Farm Bothy Cottage

The Farm Bothy cottage offers luxury accommodation on a working sheep farm. It is self-contained, within a modern steading/barn conversion. We live in the other wing of the house. You can explore the farm, woodlands and our garden. Ideally located for visiting nearby castles and distilleries the area also has great cycling, golfing, fishing and horse-riding. Our local pub is a mile away. The nearest town, Alford, has a pub, restaurant, shops, supermarket, parks and museums.

Osprey Hide

A unique and peaceful get away awaits you at ‘Osprey Hide’. Our converted steading has open views over farmland and woodland that stretch over Findhorn Bay. This is a great spot to watch the Moray Ospreys as they range over the Bay. Outside you will find a private spa tub, patio and BBQ area. We are close to Forres and Findhorn Bay is a short walk / bike ride from the door. There are lovely country walks all around us.
