The Studio is a fully self-contained guesthouse with a Queen bed and a sofa bed. Suitably comfortable for a couple + 1-2 children Great location with easy access to motorways and public transport including bus and trains. Private entrance with electric gate and fully fenced.

Little Bush House - luxurious retreat

Come to relax in this modern fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment in the lush bush close to Titirangi Village in the Waitakeres, 25 minutes from Auckland CBD. Light breakfast is provided. A sofa bed allows an additional person. We have expansive grounds with bush walks, gazebo, firepit and out door games. We are 5 minutes drive from the village with its numerous cafes & restaurants as well as Te Uru Art gallery. World renowned beaches and other bush walks are within 15 minutes drive.

The garden studio is 5km from the city centre and 2 mins to a frequent city bus stop. Mt Eden village & Maungawhau/Mt Eden summit are an easy walk away. For sports fans and concert goers Eden Park is close by. Art-house cinema, The Capitol is a short walk away, amongst the popular Asian cheap eats on Dominion Rd. This quiet no-exit street is close to everything you need. Good for solo adventurers and couples. Kitchen facilities: sink, microwave, full fridge, toaster and kettle.

Contemporary studio with pool & breakfast

Enjoy a resort style stay in this newly built studio just 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Rd restaurants. Separate from the main house with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, close to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a 6 min walk away.

Upstairs is a light-filled bedroom and living area looking out into trees. Downstairs is a lofty dining area with kitchen bench and bathroom. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Cox's Bay, the studio is an easy walk to the cafes, bars, restaurants and shops of the popular West Lynn, Westmere, Grey Lynn and Ponsonby inner-city areas. Very handy to bus routes to the central city. The studio has its own direct private access from the street.

We have a self contained Unit which has two Queen sized bedrooms with it's own bathroom, living area has a double sofa bed with a kitchenette (which has fridge, microwave, bench top conventional oven, Air fryer, Induction hot plate, fry pan, pots and pans, sandwich press, rice cooker, jug and toaster and BBQ). Great for business travellers or holiday guests. Unit is very private and easy parking and close to Auckland City and all motorways.
