This "pueblo magico" is a great day trip to the north. By car it's about a 1 hour drive. To take the bus, catch the orange bus back into town. Then catch the blue bus to Wal-Mart. Then catch the bus to Sayulita. Great little surfing village with many local shops and restaurants and beautiful beach.

Granted, it's very minimal and may not be enough if you cause a major accident. I used my AMEX Platinum which has no spending limit and so its not a problem. Verify first with your credit card company that their coverage extends to Mexico. Note: the credit card only covers damages to your car and your passengers and does not cover additional liability.
