These guys do a wonderful Bio-Bay kayak tour every evening. Word to the wise--if you can go on a no moon night it is much better and also the early evening trip is so much better than the later trip because your eyes adjust more efficiently to the darkness.
Take bug spray if there is no breeze.

The visitor center is great and informative. The drive through is also good and the views are spectacular especially if you hike to the very top. There is parking about 1 mile form the top and you can hike up on a road.
