What to pack during the summer
If you visit during the summer, definitely bring sunscreen, a hat and light clothing. Rome's historical city centre is paved with "Sanpietrini" cobblestones; if you're planning on walking around, you should bring a comfortable pair of shoes and avoid stilettos.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do
Depending on where you're coming from, you might notice some differences between your country's customs and Italian customs. For example, lunch hour is usually between 12:30-13:30 and dinner is usually around 19:30-20:30. While you may already know that we are avid pasta and pizza fans, there are some cultural things you might not know about us. For example, a cappuccino is a drink solely reserved to breakfast time; we don't drink cappuccino during lunch or dinner. Moreover, VAT is always included in the price and tips are not mandatory here; we usually tip 1 € or 2 € if we liked the service.
