I've taken several virtual cooking classes over the past year - this one was the best! Not overwhelming, easy to follow along, friendly chef, and I felt very involved. JD is so friendly, accommodating, and passionate about these recipes. He gets everyone talking and is so approachable. My friend and I had a great time. I would gladly take one of his classes again.

This class was EXCEPTIONAL! JD was very knowledgeable about the history of the tea and the samosa. I love that there were others from all over the world that took part in our session. I would definitely recommend this course and more from JD.

My friend and I took this class together. It was so fun! Jd was very encouraging and patient with us, one of the sweetest cooking hosts we have had yet. The samosas and chai were delicious. Highly recommended!

JD is an excellent host. It was easy to follow the directions and his guidance was clear and helpful. He kept the whole experience dynamic and involving everybody. The food was fantastic.

JD ran a wonderful samosas & chai class for my boyfriend's birthday party. We invited the whole family and he really created a sense of togetherness even though we were all apart. I would definitely take a class with JD again!
