The Art of Falconry and Bird Rescue ✨
Winner of the best "Insider Access" experience in Prague in 2019 You will first learn about the basics of the falconry tradition. Then you will get familiar with all our birds, and the way our breeding station operates to save various endangered species. And finally, you will participate in feeding the birds of prey, including our bald eagle Helen, vulture Omar, a group of Harris hawks and a few others. They will fly just above your heads, and they will land on your arm protected by a special leather glove. This is a hands-on experience, quite literally! We will finish off by showcasing the training of the fastest bird of prey on the planet, our falcon named Gulliver. ❄️ This is a year-round, all-weather event. Even though it takes place mostly in the open air, a heated garden house, as well as several heaters located outside, are always at our guests' disposal. Moreover, our birds do not appreciate the summer temperatures as much as us, humans, and tend to fly a bit better during winter.
Cooking Czech cuisine with Chef Ondrej
I will guide you through the colourful Holešovice Market in the city center, one of the most famous markets in the country, well known for its incredible varieties of products. In this crowded market, we will check the best local product that can be used for our masterclass. Join me and discover how to prepare a typical Czech menu. Learn how to choose fresh ingredients and the way to cook them, select the proper tools and make the magic with your own hands. You will prepare a complete menu of 3 different courses: Classic Czech soup which is called Kulajda, Beef goulash with dumplings, finish with the typical ''povidlové buchty'' as dessert. You'll leave with good knowledge of cooking techniques useful not just for Czech cuisine, recipe book with all things you cooked + some other dishes and a few tips where are the right spots for great food or wine in Prague. Other things to note I'll take care of your drinking regime and of course we'll sit down and enjoy all the 3 courses together so don't come too full :) Also don't hesitate to let me know if you have any allergies. Also contact me if the time of the class doesn't work for you :) We can figure out different times or dates!
Learn to row as a Venetian
Are you ready for a unique experience? You will learn how to row a traditional Venetian boat through the canals of the city! We will meet at our boat laboratory, located in the Cannaregio area. We will show you our squero (our gondole laboratory), where we restore and handcraft gondole. We will also introduce you to the world of Venetian boats, explaining their characteristics and peculiarities. After this brief introduction, we will teach you how to row with ancient techniques and show you how to use the oars and other tools in order to have a safe and accurate rowing experience :) This experience is suitable for everyone and at any age.
A sparkling day in the Prosecco Hills
Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

TOURS IN THE LONGEST CAVE OF BUDAPEST
We created this tour to show a very unique place for those who are ready to make efforts off the beaten track! We will visit a natural labyrinth system – a 3 dimensional playground, where we will often have to clamber up steep walls and creep through narrow passages. Prepare yourself for something active! - We will meet up near the cave (30-45 minutes from the city by bus, still in the residential Budapest) - You can change your clothes at the changing room, and we will give you the necessary equipment. - We will spend 2,5-3 hours under the ground. We will discover a small part of a 30 km long multi-level labyrinth system. As the cave is practically a maze with a network of passages, we can always find the path which fits your level of fitness. In means that we can do a relatively easy tour (still challenging), or an „adrenaline-pumping” tour - it’s up to you! - The tour is very interactive with a friendly atmosphere and English-speaking expert hosts. - It’s a perfect occasion to meet new people and maybe make new frindships - as there will be situations where cooperation makes your way easier. - After the tour you can chill at the moody beer terrace of the cave. Other things to note This is NOT an outdoor experience, it doesn't depend on the weather. Age limit: 10-55 years. No prior experience of caving needed. It is an active tour so we don't suggest it to very overweight people
FlywithFlo Paragliding in Luzern/Swiss

Sunset private boat tour
With my small open and comfortable 6 meter motor boat, exclusively for you, we're going to enjoy the sunset in the lagoon, in my opinion the best time to appreciate it, starting from the residential area of Cannaregio, and then sailing to the northern lagoon in the Burano and Torcello area, where you can admire colors and a pristine lagoon, tasting a prosecco doc from our area. In the northern lagoon we will discover unexpected corners, in the area near Burano, breathtaking views and a magnificent sunset view over Venice, until our return to our meeting point.
